Nature of Service

ePuja by SATVIK offers spiritual and religious services wherein trained and verified Vedic Pandits perform pujas either:

  • On your behalf (Fully Personalized e‑Puja), or

  • With your participation via video guidance (Remote Guided Home Puja)

These services are conducted based on the details provided by the user — including name, gotra, sankalp, nakshatra, and purpose of the ritual.


Non-Material & Non-Returnable Nature

Due to the spiritual and personalized nature of these services, all bookings made on epuja.satvikstore.in are:

  • Non-tangible

  • Non-returnable

  • Non-transferable once performed

Rituals are carried out as acts of faith, and as such, no material outcome is promised or guaranteed. Refunds cannot be granted on the basis of expectation mismatch or spiritual result.


Cancellations & Refunds

While we strive to accommodate genuine concerns, refunds are limited to very specific conditions:

  • Cancellations must be requested before the ritual date and within operational timelines.

  • Any expenses already incurred at the time of cancellation — such as:

    • Pandit time/blocking

    • Samagri procurement

    • Prasad preparation or dispatch

    • Temple booking/travel
      — will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • A standard 5% service and processing charge will apply to all eligible cancellations.

⚠️ No refunds will be provided after the ritual has been performed or if preparations are already underway.

For physical items (like prasad or samagri kits), since they are part of a ritual service and spiritually sanctified, they are not eligible for return or exchange once shipped.
