Thank you for choosing ePuja by SATVIK. We are committed to delivering your spiritual services and puja products with care, respect, and on-time performance. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle both non-tangible ritual services and physical product shipments.

🛕 Shipping of Ritual Services & Offerings

1. Non-Tangible Services (ePuja, Jeev Seva, Brahmin Bhoj, Bhandara, etc.)

These services are spiritual in nature and performed either on your behalf or with your participation online.

  • No physical shipment is involved unless specified (e.g. Prasad).

  • Live or recorded ritual access is shared via WhatsApp/email.

  • Puja reports, photos, and videos (if part of your service) are sent digitally.

2. Shipping of Prasad & Certificates (If Applicable)

If your puja or seva includes prasad, energized items, or certificates, they will be shipped to the address you provide.

Dispatch Time: Within 48–72 hours after ritual performance
Delivery Timeline:

  • India: 3–7 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days (subject to customs)
    Courier Partners: India Post, DTDC, Delhivery, DHL, FedEx, etc.


📦 Shipping of Products (Idols, Rudraksha, Samagri, Puja Kits, etc.)

We ship physical products like spiritual items, malas, kits, and décor across India and globally.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12 PM (Mon–Sat) are dispatched same day.

  • Orders after 12 PM are dispatched next business day.

  • Orders placed on Sundays/public holidays are processed on the next working day.


🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 working days depending on your location

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹299

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout


🌍 International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide, except for restricted countries as per courier regulations.

  • Courier Partners: DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and other premium services

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 working days, subject to customs

  • Charges are based on destination and product weight, visible at checkout

📦 Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • Import taxes, duties, or fees are governed by your country’s laws.

  • These are payable by the customer and not included in the product price or shipping charge.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.


🏠 Shipping Address & Delivery Responsibility

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate and complete.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Once marked “delivered” by the courier, SATVIK is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local courier service for assistance.


⏱️ Shipping Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

We strive to ensure timely deliveries. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters, bad weather, lockdowns, strikes

  • Customs processing (for international shipments)

  • Peak season loads or courier disruptions

In such cases, we will inform you proactively via WhatsApp or email.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email/WhatsApp with your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment status on the courier’s website.
